Saturday rental fee is $500.00 per day. 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day. The event must end at 12:00 AM and be empty and cleaned by 1:00 AM, and it has to be cleaned before you leave.
Fridays and Sundays, the building, is available after 1:30 PM. The rental fee for those days is $400, and the ending time is the same as Saturday.
NOTE! The rental fee does not include garbage pick-up. Every event creates a different amount of garbage, so there is no way to assess a standard fee for garbage pick-up. To keep the rental price as low as possible, we do not include garbage removal. It will reduce your cleaning and damage deposit refund if it is left.
A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of at least $500, depending on the event, is required. The deposit will be returned if the building is left clean and undamaged.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to make and hold a reservation. This deposit is applied to the per-day rental fee.
All renters will have to show proof of liability insurance. If you are serving alcohol, then your policy must include that coverage.
